1. PLANT MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (Code: HETL_Name)

Job Description

Analyzing data to optimize the lifetime of machine, cordinate, direct and report all Heavy Equipment activities including planning & budgeting, utilization, performance and cost based on applicable HSE procedures and standards to increase lifetime of machine within budget.

Qualification:

• •   Bachelor Degree from Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineer with min 5 years of experience or Diploma III in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with min 7 years of experience or High School Degree with min 12 years of experience.
• •   Have POP certificate is a must.
• •   Understand Mining Process.
• •   Have ability to work with deadline, visionary, and have good communication.
• •   Understand Maintenance KPI (PA / MA, MTBF, MTTR, Pareto Analysis).
• •   Understand Heavy Equipment Maintenance Management & Maintenance Process.
• •   Understand Performance Improvement Program related to vendor management.
• •   Understand Failure Analysis.
• •   Understand the process of making SOP, SWI, Standard Form (PM Service Sheet, etc.) & Familiar with one sheet report.
• •   Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).

2. HIGH VOLTAGE ELECTRICIAN ENGINEER

Job Description:

Perform routine, emergency, preventive maintenance and operational assignments relating tooperation and/or maintenance of high voltage utility distribution systems.

Qualification:

• •   Diploma / Bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering
• •   Has a minimum 3 years of experience as High Voltage Electrician
• •   Knowledge of and ability to use materials, methods/principles and tools specific to the needs of the High Voltage Electrician trade.
• •   Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawing, schematics and distribution circuit maps.
• •   Willing to be placed at Balikpapan.

3. Auto Electrician Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:

Organize, supervise, and report verbally and in writing all activities of the electric unit system repair and maintenance in the project within the scope of supervision and maintain the cleanliness of the work environment in accordance with the procedures and HSE standards that apply within the specified budget limits to ensure the availability of safe electric support in support smooth operation in the project.

Qualification:

• •   Diploma / Bachelor degree of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• •   Has a minimum 3 years of experience as Maintenance Mechanic of Heavy Equipment
• •   Understand mining procedure, HSE procedure, HRD procedure and regulation.
• •   Having skill of electrical maintenance & repair of mining heavy equipment.
• •   Understand Heavy Equipment Management System.
• •   Understand Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS).
• •   Has a POP certificate.

4. PLANT MAINTENANCE TRAINER

Job Description

Preparing material, making lesson plans, providing training, coaching and assessments to mechanics and automotive electricians on all aspects of maintenance and repair of heavy equipment in the project in accordance with the curriculum, HSE standards and applicable procedures through effective coordination with related parties in order to generate energy qualified mechanical personnel in accordance with the competency standards that have been determined to support the achievement of the plant & maintenance targets dept.

Qualification:

• •   Minimal Education: Vocational High School with major of Electrical / Mechanical.
• •   Has work experience min 3 years in the same field.
• •   Has experience minimum 2 years as maintenance supervisor is preferred.
• •   Understand mining procedure, product knowledge, failure analysis, and heavy equipment.
• •   Have TOT certificate is a must.
• •   Have good communication
• •   Willing to be placed in PT Darma Henwa, Tbk All site area

5. Mechanic Heavy Equipment

(Code : MECH_Name)

Job Scope:

Carry out and report on all maintenance and repair activities of the unit, in accordance with the direction of the employer, procedures, health and safety standards in the workplace.

Qualification:

• •   Minimum education: High School, Vocational High School with major of Electrical /Automotive/ Production Machine.
• •   Has work experienced as mechanic in mining.
• •   Knowing about mining procedure, HSE procedure, plant maintenance process, specify of unit/equipment.
• •   Knowing about Heavy Equipment Management System.
• •   Having skill of heavy equipment maintenance.

6. OPERATOR DT SCANIA (8X4)

Qualification:

• •   Minimum education: High School, Vocational High School.
• •   Have work experienced as operator Dump Truck Scania for min. 2 years.
• •   Have SIMPER/KIMPER.
• •   Knowing about mining procedure, HSE procedure, mine operating/production process, specify of unit/equipment.
• •   Willing to be placed at all company site (South Kalimantan area).

7. MINE OPERATION SUPERVISOR

Job Description

Regulate, supervise and report all mining activities and overburden transportation and maintain the cleanliness of the work environment within the scope of supervision based on instructions, mine plan and design made by the engineer to achieve work targets per shift and supports mining operation.

Qualification:

• •   Preferably Diploma or Bachelor degree from Mining Engineering. High School accepted with 12 years of experience in related field.
• •   Has work experience min 3 years as supervisor in mining industry.
• •   Has POP (Pengawas Operational Pratama) certification.
• •   Able to work with deadlines.
• •   Good communicator and thorough at work.
• •   Understand mining process and HSE procedure used in mining area.

Prepare material, create lesson plans, provide training, coaching and assessment to operators in mine operation on all aspects of heavy equipment operation in accordance with curriculum, competency standards, HSE standards and applicable procedures through effective coordination with related parties in order to produce workers quality operators according to competency standards that have been determined to support the achievement of mine operation dept targets.

Qualification:

• •   Minimal Education: Vocational High School with major of Mining / Electrical.
• •   Has work experience min 3 years in the same field.
• •   Has experience minimum 2 years as mine operation supervisor is preferred

Prepare plans and mine design based "Sequence", referring to the design and plan of medium and long term mine (Annual), in accordance with the technical mining operations which include the production plan and Estimation of equipment needs and anticipate the adjustment of design & planning in the field for Improve the effectiveness of mining operations in accordance with HSE standards and Customer wishes.

Qualification:

•   Bachelor Degree from Mining Engineer.

•   Have experience minimum 10 years in the same field.

•   Knowing about Business Process, Mining Process, and HSE Procedure.

•   Capable in mining planning, scheduling, budgeting, and evaluating data.

•   Expert with Mining Software used in mining company, such as: Minescape, Minex, SPRY, XPAC.

•   Able to assure ensure that the project is carried out according to the improvement plan and strategy.

•   Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).
