Pegadaian also supported by nearly 12,943 employees. Pegadaian supported by 3 subsidiary companies and 1 associated company; PT Balai Lelang Artha Gasia (99.99%), PT Pesonna Optima Jasa (99.00%), PT Pesonna Indonesia Jaya (99.00%), and PT Pefindo Biro Kredit (23.37%).

According to information found in PT Pegadaian (Persero) Annual Report 2016 as cited by JobsCDC.com, the financial performance of Pegadaian in 2016 showed a good improvement. Pegadaian managed to record total asset of Rp 46,873.89 billion in 2016. This reflected an 19.7% increase year-on-year (YOY). Pegadaian's total assets in 2015 amounted to Rp 39,157.96 billion. Pegadaian managed to record a 8.67% growth in total operating revenue in 2016 value of Rp 9,708.06 billion as compared with Rp 8,933.34 billion in 2015. Total net income for current year 2016 went up by 14.02% YOY from Rp 1,938.43 billion in 2015 to Rp 2,210.25 billion in 2016,.

Data Analyst

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field are preferred.
• Technical experience in writing complex SQL query using RDBMS and Non-RDBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Technical experience in structured and unstructured data processing using R or Python on Jupyter Notebook.
• Technical experience in using big data platforms, i.e: Hive, Spark, Presto.
• Technical experience in using open source machine learning framework, i.e: scikit-learn, Tensorflow, SparkMLlib, H2O or Caffe.
• Familiar with Git to collaborate on projects.
• Having passion in data analysis, statistics, modeling, and machine learning.
• Able to draw conclusions with inferential statistics and probability

Business System Analyst

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Information Technology, Information System and Computer Sciences.
• Required experience in Business analyst for at least 4 years.
• Technical experience in analysis product to design business relevant conclusion and data visualization.
• Advanced knowledge involved in development financial technology project.
• Attention detail, good analysis skill and good presentation skills.
• Familiar with agile or scrum development process.
• Have skills in Software architect, system analyst, Functional Specification Design and Technical Specification design.

UI/UX Designer

Requirements     :

• Required experience in the same field for at least 4 years.
• Able to assess whether a problem is worth solving by considering user needs, business opportunities, and company strategy has always been an everyday question you love solving.
• Able to communicate your ideas through sketches, mockups, and interactive prototypes sounds like an exciting day at work.
• Able to take everything, including development process and technical constraints, into account when designing a product.
• Able to interacting with users to understand their needs is at the top of your to-do list before designing a product.
• Have a flair for improving team workflows and processes.
• Strong applied skills for design tools related to creating mobile and web application interfaces, e.g., Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
