PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV - PTPN IV or known as PTPN 4 is a well-established company in Indonesia, based in Medan and running business in agrobusiness and agro industry. PTPN 4 engaged in crops cultivation, processing and sales of oil palm and tea. PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV is a member of state-owned agribusiness holding company PT Perkebunan Nusanatara III (Persero) or PTPN Group. Based on the Government Regulation No 72 of 2014, PTPN Group holds 90% shares in PTPN 5. Other 10% remaining shares in PTPN 4 was owned by the Government of Indonesia. As of December 2016. PTPN 5 has oil palm 30 estate units, 1 tea plantation unit, and oil palm plasma estate unit which is located in the 9 districts, namely Langkat, Deli Serdang, Serdang Bedagai, Simalungun, Asahan, Labuhan Batu, Padang Lawas, Coal and Mandailing Natal. PTPN 4 also has 16 palm oil mill units (PKS) with a total production capacity of 635 tons of fresh fruit bunches (FFB) per hour, 2 Tea Factory units with a total production capacity of 150 tons Fresh Tea Leaves per day, and 2 kernel oil processing plant units with the production capacity of 400 tons per day.  PTPN 4 also manages oil palm breeding centers located in Adolina Business Unit and 1 Tenera Machine Factory (PMT) Engineering Manufacturing and Construction Business Unit.

Bidang Tanaman


Requirements

• Male.
• D4/S1 degree in Agronomy, Agrotechnology, Agricultural Cultivation, Plantations Cultivation, Soil Science, Plant Protection,  Plant Disease Pests, Plant Breeding.
• Not color blind. 

Bidang Teknik/Pengolahan


Requirements

• Male.
• D4/S1 degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Processing Technology for Agricultural Products / Plantation Products.
• Not color blind.

Bidang Keuangan

Requirements

• Male or Female.
• S1 degree in Accounting.
• Preferably possess State Accountant Register and expertise with SAP or other ERP application.

Bidang SDM, Umum & Keamanan

Requirements

• Male or Female.
• S1 degree in Law, Management (Human Resource Studies) or S2 degree in Master of Professional Psychology in the Field of Industrial Organization.
• Preferably have experience in LBH / Lawyer Office and possess advocate license for S1 Law.

General Requirements

• Indonesian Citizen (WNI).
• Graduated from a reputable university accreditation BAN PT B (PTN/PTS) with major in following disciplines
• Minimum GPA of 2.75 (PTN) and 3.00 (PTS) out of 4.00 scale.
• Maximum age of 35 years old on 1 November 2018.
• Willing to be placed in all working area of PTPN 4.
• Have high integrity, leadership skill and able to work under pressure.
• High motivation, responsible and able to adapt
• The candidates with prior experience in the related field for at least 2 years.
• Drug-free.
